The worst thing that's happened on the trip so far: My 3 year old decided he could swim without a life jacket. If I make him wear it, he refuses to get in the water, and just sits on the side to watch. Now, in the long run, this is actually great, and he is becoming a great swimmer really fast. But, selfishly, this totally ruins my pool time, which wasn't that relaxing to begin with! I used to be able to get
the baby to sleep, and the
Bushkin distracted by something not int he water, and then I could read for a few minutes. But NOW I have to watch
Bubber the whole time, since I'm freaked out he's going to drown.
The BEST thing that's happened so far: the Baby is sleeping through the night! Just look at that face, how could you not love him? Mom and Dad both are a LOT happier and well rested!
